We must begin spending wisely and eliminating waste. Living and Building our businesses within there means is prudent during these difficult times. We have been robbing Peter to pay Paul and Peter is broke.

Start round tables bringing partnerships to the table and discussing how you can work together and reduce spending and reallocate funds from projects that are not working to opportunities that realign with your core business and meet the immediate needs of your businesses.

This is the time to be focussed, to plan and strategize and make use of your resources. Be frugal and smart. My idea is to take everything your not using make an inventory of it and find someone who needs it who has something your looking for before you put out another penny. Get creative and leave emotion out of your budget.
