Challenge Yourself Monday!

Posted by: admin | Comments (1)

Challenge yourself ever week starting on Monday. By finding a new challenge even a short term one you create a sense of tension which can detract from negative issues that may have been bringing you down. Creating a short term achievable challenge each week you will keep your mind busy with a positive goal and be occupied with success driven tasks. Achieving these short term challenges will be rewarding and bring you happiness.

When a sense of boredom and monotony enters into your daily routine you tend to obsess more on your problems and what is going wrong rather than on what is going right. Even as little a challenge as driving a new route to work or moving a few pieces of furniture around in a room in your house, or taking a walk around the block can open your eyes to new ideas.

By attempting to do something that you always thought to be difficult or impossible to do a new desire emerges. Working to accomplish this challenge begins to fill in the emptiness that existed from patterns and settlements you have been living with.

Doing something new today and working on a new project will benefit all areas of your life. I challenge you to do something new today that you can accomplish by next week.

Medical documentation shows that volunteering strengthens the sense of identity, improves insomnia, and strengthens the immune system so get out there and be of service to your community.

By volunteering you will improve your well-being and get a smile back on your face and a skip in your step. With so many people across the world with needs greater than your own, no matter how bad your situation being of service to someone worst off will fill you back up. I have had clients on the verge of losing everything and received more than they dreamed of after just one day of volunteering. If this had been in just one case it would be coincidence but it has happened in many cases all over the world. The stories of success people gained by reaching out to volunteer are inspiring.

When you volunteer you immediately start building your social network outside of the virtual (MySpace, Facebook) arena. You begin to find a deeper purpose and create a identity and a new perspective on life begins to emerge. The reduction of stress and the building of self esteem has been documented by Johns Hopkins University.

If your stuck, depressed, sick, failing and need a quick fix, VOLUNTEER!

The Coach and The Muse

Posted by: admin | Comments (1)

It is an innate ability given to us to think, choose, act and therefore create. Even choosing the right professional coach, one that will be your personal muse is an important choice for streamlining your path to success.

As a coach working with people are their action plans and agendas we help by being a sounding board to work on your acheiving success. I have learned over the years that to understand peoples motives is very important in deciding if I can be of service to them during this process. Because of the successes I have witnessed and the endless possibilities and paths to achieving ones goals I have become selective in those I choose to work with.

If you are lucky to get a coach or a muse for your agenda it is imperative that they have faith in your process and anticipated results. The outcome and the success is the clients and your coach should remain silent on their help and maintain confidentiality as per your agreement in advance.

A coach should be a confidential and respectful silent partner and never get attached to the result and take credit for any part of your success. There is no secret that Coach’s work and work well, that they are great Muses and that there is meditation (thoughts) that create (manifest) success in reaching your goals.

Partners and Allies

Posted by: admin | Comments (1)

Partnerships between individuals agree in the spirit of cooperation to carry on an enterprise for the good of both parties. Partners contribute to each other by combining property, knowledge, resources and share profits. During economic tough times talking to your allies and engaging in mutually beneficial partnerships can help you combine resources, minimize capital expenditures and create something stronger than if both organizations were to go it alone. Building Partner to Partner connections is one of the smartest, most effective ways to build your business. Also, don’t rule out one of your apparent competitors as a potential partner. Sometimes, coopeting (partnering and competing) can really pay off, if you agree on the lines of segmentation in your business models.
