Inspired Minds Are Not Always Enough

Posted by: admin | Comments (1)

An inspired thought racing through your mind is enough to put you back on track if you can implement that thought into reality. Today or any day where an inspired idea races through your mind laying out an entire path from start to finish is the beginning of something great. All you need is the ability to implement the idea. Some people are great at coming up with ideas, some are good at figuring our how to make them happen, others are good at working on ideas and then there are those that can sell them. Not all people are good at all things and a little encouragement and help to get an inspiration in place may take a lot of people or no one other than yourself. The right Coach or Consultant behind you can help you get all those pieces in place.

If you have had great ideas over and over again in your life and watched as they became a part of reality and wealth for someone else don’t miss that opportunity again. Let’s take one of your inspired thoughts and make them a reality for you today or bring someone like us in to help get things inspired.

Utilizing the resources of a Coach or full service consulting company to take whatever idea you have or to come up with one for you and turn it into reality in your life or business will support your success throughout the entire process.

Go beyond the inspiration you got and take it all the way home as it played out in your mind. Find the real and practical ways to change processes and people in your organization to ensure the success of your idea. Let someone help you develop a more productive team working collaboratively towards the same goal of making this idea a reality.

Inspiration can be useful or useless.

Does your strategy plan need a Coach?

Posted by: admin | Comments (0)

The success of your strategy plan could be dependent on the right Coach being in place for you. Having a fresh, intuitive, experienced Coach will guarantee that everyone is on the same page with the vision, action plan and desired result. Delegating some of the leadership responsibilities to a outside party (the Coach or assistant Coach) will benefit all aspects of the planning process and relieve conflict. In many cases my clients have had brilliant ideas and had a great support staff but the plan was not getting done and by just making a few adjustments to people on the team’s responsibilities we opened the avenue to success.

As a Coach working with strategic plans I tend to work fast as I value my time and my clients. Brining in a Coach like myslef will stimulate your staff and leadership and begin the inspirational process to get your strategy plan working. Great ideas are all over the place just sitting there not getting done, don’t let that happen to you bring in an experienced Coach to take your idea over the finish line.

Several major publications have written about the value of having a Coach, CNN.com, AskMen.com, Fortune are a few good articles supporting the reasons to hire a good Coach.

What is the value or definition of time?

Posted by: admin | Comments (0)

I was asked about “time” in a response by a reader and have spent some “time” this morning thinking about a response. We hear often “what time is it?”, “how much time will it take?”, “how much time do you have?”. Time is often a question in my house with my family and in my business with my clients. Time is the measure of space and the question well answered in a Forbes article just this year so instead of reiterating what the experts said in this article you can read their definitions of time.

Many years ago I stopped using an alarm clock after finding it too shocking to my system to awake with one and although I am able to keep time which is fairly consistent with real time not everyone has this luxury. I have had days where my stress gets elevated and I tend to lose track of the actual time it is, but for the most part when I am calm and relaxed I am aligned with the universal clock and the time where I am.

As I age I find that there is more than enough time to accomplish anything I want. There is no rush. What you dont finish right now you can finish later. The agendas of others can often affect our freedom in time such as your family, boss or others dependent on you. They may ask that your time be aligned to their time. You have a choice and can either commit to others interpretation of time or stay commited to your own clock.

I find people focused on consumption of time are less productive than those who don’t worry about it. I find people who are looking at clocks or watches often offensive to those around them. I find that people who are always complaining about other people being late seem a little self centered and those that run late are not always doing it to be disrespectful. Some of the most productive people I work with work best when not on someonelse’s time and yet there are those that need to be micromanaged and have a time request put on them. I often try to avoid paying on a time or per hour basis but rather on a project basis as I tend to get better results and my money’s worth that way.

The definition or value of “time” is best if you own it and use it responsibily and productively.

Faith is Unmeasurable Progress

Posted by: admin | Comments (5)

Some progress can not be measured on any scale or in any report it is the result of good old fashion FAITH. When you have a untouchable faith in what you are doing the pieces just seem to magically fall into place and at times effortlessly.

The kind of faith that creates this clear easy path of progress is not where you have faith one minute and then decided then next that this or that action should help, where you keep thinking of ideas to make it happen, its the kind of faith where you make a decision and believe so wholeheartedly in it that you can sit back and relax. It is the kind of faith where in the quiet relaxed state of mind progress just happens.

Take some time to check in and see where you are at emotionally. If you are in the storm right now step inside the eye of it where its quiet. It may be time to relax and give yourself a break and let the progress you have made on any one idea or project resolve itself and take hold. By stepping out of the “doing” part and onto the observation deck for a minute you give things a chance to calm down and fall into place and in that place you regain the faith you need to succeed or to know it is time to walk away. Many very successful scientists and creators found the answers to solve their puzzles not when they were feverishly working on them but when out of frustration they took a break and laid down and in the quiet of that moment the answer came to them and when they returned to the project and applied this thought they solved great things that have come to be a integral part of our lives and how we operate.

So if you have been running in circles and not getting the result you are looking for lay down, close your eyes, take a bath and quiet your mind and see if you have faith and your intuition answers your questions.
