2 days til 2009 – Cleaning house inside and out.

With 2 days left in 2008 there is no better time to prepare for the New Year than to clean house inside and out. As we close this chapter and take hold of the “change” promised us we can embrace this coming year eliminating the clutter that has held us back. It is the time to resolve conflict, release old mistakes, organize our home and take care of our selves.

This is the time to stop blaming and begin taking responsibility for our homes, our families, our communities and our lives. By moving away from blame and shame we move now to solutions. Keeping our energy up by eating right and resting properly our days will be more productive. Removing and organizing the clutter and waste within our homes will make room for new and better things to enter into our lives.

Start small and accomplish one thing at a time. Don’t wait for a stimulus package to come, stimulate your own path moving forward by removing obstacles and celebrating successes after each project is finished.

Your environment should reflect your dreams and who you really are. But in the shadow of feeling down cleaning your house is the best strategy to keep you focused and prepared for what you’re wishing for in your life.

Nothing will come easy any more so hard work and constant improvement is what “change” is really all about.
